Online Ordering Step One: Add items to your shopping basket Whenever you see an item on Gifts 4 Healing that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph and a page dedicated to that item will display. You should see an 'add to basket' icon just below the item description. If the item is available in multiple colors, sizes or varieties, you will see those listed in the pull down menu above the 'add to basket' icon. Choose the color, size or variety you prefer from this menu and then click on the 'add to basket' icon.
This does not commit you to buying the product; it simply sets it aside so that when you do decide to buy it you can do so quickly. After you put an item in your shopping basket you can either proceed to checkout and purchase the product or continue shopping. You can add as many products to your basket as you like. On the right-hand side of every screen an image of each unique item in your basket will be displayed.
Step Two: Checkout When you decide to buy the items in your basket, click on ' CHECKOUT,' located on the upper right-hand of every page on our site. This will begin the checkout process. The first page you see will allow you to select the quantity of any item you intend to purchase or to remove any item from your basket. In the next series of pages you will be asked to type information that will let us know where to send the order, how to send it and how you intend to pay for it. To make purchases you will need to order online and use a Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express credit card.
The checkout sequence should take less than two minutes for first time customers. If you tell us it is OK to do so, we will store your billing and credit card information so that the checkout process will be much quicker the next time you buy from us. Within 24 hours of receiving your order you will receive an email from us confirming your order. We will send you a follow-up email when we ship your order. How can I submit a piece for this catalog? Our review process can often take some time. We'll send you an acknowledgement email letting you know that we did receive your submission. If we are interested in carrying it, we'll contact you. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we ask that you do not call us to ask about the status of your submission. We generally decide what is going in a catalog 3-4 months in advance of a mailing.
